1. Returns Policy
At Cuckoo & Crow, we do not accept returns or refunds on any items due to the nature of the items. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exchange Policy
While we do not accept returns due to the nature of the items , we do offer exchanges/ replacement only on select items if they are received in a damaged condition. The following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Only items that are damaged upon receipt are eligible for exchange. In such cases, the customer needs to share the full unboxing video with us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, you must contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and an unboxing video of the damaged item.
  • Exchange Approval: Once we review and approve your exchange request, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged item, we will process and ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If an item is received in a damaged condition, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, follow the same process as for exchanges: contact customer service within 2 days, provide your order number, and share the unboxing video of the damaged item.
  • Refund Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. For personalized orders, a 3D proof of the order will be shared with the customer over WhatsApp. Once it has been approved, no cancellations will be allowed.
